On our sled dog tours / expeditions, participants experience far more than a leisurely ride with sled dogs through Sweden's nature. We let them immerse themselves in a new, mostly unknown world that lets the everyday routine and the stress of today's fast-paced life fall away. Our individually tailored sled dog experience can respond specifically to each participant's wishes.

Participants take on the challenge of measuring themselves against the elements of nature and reconnecting with their own abilities. During the tour they focus on the essentials that matter for making progress with sled dogs through untouched wilderness. The emphasis is on the individual abilities of the group members, on the cohesion of the group, on the dogs and their signals, and on the nature surrounding us.

In a sense, we set out with you on a journey back in time. Because we do without many of the comforts of civilisation while travelling with the dogs, it could just as well have taken place hundreds of years ago. We travel the way the Native Americans and Inuit did long ago. To underscore this original, timeless feeling, we work with Alaskan Malamutes and Greenland Dogs — the wolf-like sled dogs of the indigenous peoples of Alaska and Greenland.

We are the only ones in all of Europe to offer sled dog tours exclusively with purebred Alaskan Malamutes and Greenland Dogs.

Alaskan Malamutes are the largest of the sled dogs and descend from the Inuit people of the “Mahlemuts”. They are very people-friendly and playful, closely resemble the wolf in appearance, and are very headstrong. The dogs awaken the feeling of travelling with wolves through untamed nature. The trips are led by Hendrik Stachnau, one of the most successful sled dog drivers in the world (in German and English). He has come through many extreme experiences at the world's toughest sled dog races and will take you into the world of sled dogs.
