Getting there:
The wilderness lodge is relatively easy to get to. You can choose between the flight, the ferry and the arrival with your own car.

Arrival by plane:
You can e.g. Fly to Stockholm and from there take the train to Mora. Tickets. From Mora you can take the intercity bus or our transfer to Särna and the wilderness lodge. An employee of the Wilderness Lodge will pick you up at the Mora Station train stop. Our transfer from Mora to the wilderness lodge and back to Mora costs a total of 40 € per person.

From Stockholm / Arlanda airport to the wilderness lodge near Särna there are 430 km, which can also be easily driven with your own car or with a rental car.

Arrival by plane via Oslo:
We recommend flights to Oslo Gardermoen, the international airport north of Oslo (Scandinavia's largest airport). There are direct flights to the airport from many German cities. Overland buses (Trysilexpress) run several times a day directly from Gardermoen Airport to Trysil, about 170 km away (bus station: Trysil Turistsenteret). Travel time: 2 hours 20 minutes. At the Trysil Turistsenteret bus stop, an employee from the Wilderness Lodge will pick you up at the time of your arrival. The appropriate departure times from Trysilekspress at Oslo Airport are on Sundays at 11.45 a.m. and 2.45 p.m. and Wednesdays at 10.45 a.m. On Saturdays you will be back at Oslo Airport at 13:05 and on Wednesdays at 11:55. bus schedule

You can also rent a car at Oslo Airport and drive straight through to the Wilderness Lodge!

Ferry journey:
With the Color Line night ferry from Kiel to Oslo. The crossing with the luxury ships is already a holiday experience. Restaurants, pubs, disco, cinema and casino create a cruise feeling. The ferries leave Kiel at 2 p.m. and arrive in Norway at around 9:30 a.m. the next morning. You spend the night in cabins so that you arrive in Oslo well rested. From the port you can take a bus or taxi to the central bus station in a few minutes. From there with the Trysilexpress to Trysil (approx. 3.5 hours), where you will be picked up.

Arrival by car:
The easiest way to do this is by taking the Color Line night ferry from Kiel to Oslo. From here it is only 320 kilometers to the wilderness lodge, so that there is still time to explore Oslo. Alternatively with Scandlines via Denmark to Sweden or with Stena Line from Kiel to Gothenburg.

Flight:
Outbound and return flights from Germany to Oslo at the current price. Airport transfer by bus from / to Gardermoen and pick-up in Trysil.

Cars:
Ferry passage Kiel-Oslo-Kiel. The Color Line ferry prices depend on the cabin category booked and the number of passengers.

Ship/bus:
Ferry passage Kiel-Oslo-Kiel. Transfer within Oslo. Transfer by bus from the center of Oslo and pick-up in Trysil. bus schedule

Trysil to the wilderness lodge and back to Trysil or from Mora to the wilderness lodge and back (total 40 € per person)
